Introducción.

Australia is a big island in the Southern Hemisphere. The capital of this country is Camberra. The population is 22 million, with approximately 60% concentrated in and around the mainland state capitals of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.
The official language is English because, the British Empire arrived the island around 1850.
Australia has six states, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria, and Western Australia.

The typical foods are some special sausages, the Cabanossi, and the barbecues with meat, for example cocodrile, kangaroo, buffalo.
The typical sweet is Pavlova. This is a cake with cream and many fruits, for example, stramberrys, pineapple, kiwi…
The typical sports are, basketball, rugby and surfing.
The most popular famous of Australia is Kiylie Minogue, because, she is a singer and an actress. She was born 28 May 1968 in Melbourne.
She is a popstar. She sells many CDs and she is very known in Australia and the World.
Australia is very known in the World because the kangaroos and the bay of Sydney, for the theater and the fishing port.
In my opinion Australia is a very beautiful country, because of its beaches, cities and in general because its culture.
When I wiil grow big, I want go to Australia because it is the best country in the Pacific Ocean.
